The “Strength of Schedule” category measures the strength of the competition a team faced throughout the season. It calculates the average placement of all of the teams a team competed against, with the better those teams performed, the lower the score. The score is determined by averaging the placements of every opponent, providing a single value that reflects the overall strength of the teams faced.
A lower Strength of Schedule indicates a team faced stronger opponents, while a higher score indicates a team encountered relatively weaker opponents.
